Public transport in Trinidad and Tobago began with the establishment of the Trinidad Railway Company in 1846. They were only able to survey Trinidad and Tobago but we unable to bring a railway system due to finances. However, in 1859 the Cipero Tramroad became Trinidad’s first railway.
