TriniGo operates as a national digital marketplace for Trinidad and Tobago.

This policy applies to everyone who uses the TriniGo website including but not limited to visitors, registered users, listed businesses, and advertisers.

a) Information You Give Us
- Name, email address, and phone number when you register or submit a listing
- Business name, address, category, and description when you create or claim a listing
- Payment information when you purchase a promoted listing (processed securely via our payment provider, we do not store card details)
- Reviews, ratings, and comments you post
- Communications you send us (e.g. support requests)
b) Information Collected Automatically
- IP address and general location (country/region)
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, search queries, and time on site
- Referring website or search engine
- Cookie and tracking data (see our Cookie Policy)
c) Information From Third Parties
- If you sign in via Google, we receive your name and email address from Google
- Business data enriched from publicly available sources (e.g. published addresses, opening hours)

- Business transfer – if TriniGo is acquired or merges, data may transfer to the new entity with prior notice to you.

- Account data: retained while your account is active, plus 12 months after closure
- Financial records: 7 years as required by law
- Marketing consent records: 3 years after last interaction
- Analytics data: retained in aggregated, anonymised form indefinitely
