Excellent quality service. There is a change in this health authority where the emphasis seems to be focused on the provision of quality health care. I have been warded at Mt. Hope, Arima (new) Hospital, visited St Joseph Enhanced Health Centre and the experience is fantastic. Congratulations to the doctors, nurses, wards men and women even the ambulance attendants and the cooks. The staff is very respectful at all levels even the janitorial level. I am impressed. The NCRHA is the place where you feel that getting patients health is not just an option but a compulsion. Good work people.
