Canaan/Bon Accord Methodist Church Harvest, Crown Point, Trinidad and Tobago

The Canaan and Bon Accord Methodist congregation holds its harvest thanksgiving in early May, in the busy southwest of Tobago near Crown Point. Harvest brings a service of thanksgiving followed by an open village meal, a homecoming that draws families back to the community. Expect Tobago staples, from crab and dumpling to provisions and sweetbread, generally shared without charge. Visitors are welcome without invitation.
