The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is the southernmost island in the Caribbean archipelago. The restaurant at Castara Retreats offers a fusion of several cuisines, with Italian and Venezuelan dominating. They offer traditional cuisine with fresh fish and delicious homemade pastas. Castara village is breathtaking and this restaurant is right next to the sea. The cocktails are great and my wife who is a fitness instructor was especially happy with the healthy smoothies and juices option.
