My husband surprised me with a luxurious honeymoon package. We were settled in a deluxe suite and enjoyed all resort amenities for 10 days. This was the most beautiful place I’ve been and my husband and the staff treated me like a queen. It’s pricey and definitely not for budget travelers.

I traveled to Tobago with one of my girl-friends and we stayed in Coco Resort for 5 days. Our room was spacious, fully equipped and extremely clean. They offer the private beach with calm sea and mild sand. Great visit.

The customer service is fantastic. Every staff member is smiled and willing to assist in anything that may occur. We had a shower problem, there wasn’t any hot water even though everything seemed okay with the heater. They didn’t want us to wait for it to be fixed so we got another room. Good quality resort with nice workers.

As a Trinidadian, I’ve had the pleasure of visiting many resorts in our beautiful twin-island republic, but my recent stay at the Coco Reef Resort & Spa in Tobago was truly exceptional.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and the highest level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests is something that sets this resort apart.

My room, a Deluxe Suite, was beautifully appointed with a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious bathroom, and a balcony offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The pastel décor and wicker furniture added a charming touch, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

The resort’s private beach is a slice of paradise. The crystal-clear waters and golden sands were perfect for a day of relaxation. I also enjoyed snorkeling and was amazed by the vibrant marine life just a few meters from the shore.

Dining at the resort was a culinary delight. The two on-site restaurants offered a variety of local and international dishes, all prepared to perfection. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties.

The full-service spa was another highlight of my stay. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the serene environment made it easy to unwind and forget about the stresses of everyday life.

The location of the resort in Crown Point is ideal, with easy access to local attractions like Pigeon Point Beach and Buccoo Reef. Despite the resort’s proximity to these popular spots, it still maintains a sense of tranquility and exclusivity.

In terms of value, while the Coco Reef Resort & Spa is a bit pricier than some other options in Tobago, the exceptional service, quality amenities, and stunning location make it worth every penny.

Finally, as a local traveler, I can confidently say that the Coco Reef Resort & Spa is a gem in Tobago’s crown. It offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and Tobagonian hospitality. Whether you’re a fellow Trinidadian or a visitor from further afield, I highly recommend a stay at this wonderful resort.

The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is the southernmost island in the Caribbean archipelago. Located just off the north-eastern coast of the South America mainland, the twin island Republic is home to international greats such as Miss Universe 1998, Wendy Fitzwilliam; Cricket Legend, Brian Charles Lara; and Carnival, the Greatest Show on Earth. The larger of the two islands, Trinidad, has a boot-like shape, measures 37 miles (80km) by 50 miles (60 km), and is noted for having an ecological and geographical diversity that is unmatched in the region.

The capital city, Port of Spain, is the business centre of the Caribbean, housing the headquarters for a number of local businesses, a myriad of restaurants and nightlife entertainment like no other. The sister isle of Tobago is a stark contrast to Trinidad. Considerably smaller in size, Tobago is well-known for its coral reefs, pristine blue waters and white sandy beaches, the smaller island is perfect for leisure activities and an immersive experience with nature. An abundance of natural reserves in oil and natural gas has made significant contributions to the strength of the Trinidad & Tobago economy—making it one of the strongest economies in the region.
