The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is the southernmost island in the Caribbean archipelago. Last year when I visited Tobago I was on an educational trip and didn’t really have a lot of time to explore the place. But we had one free afternoon and our host took us to the Tobago Cocoa Estate. This is a great place where you can see how cocoa beans are grown and taken care off. Some of the world’s biggest chocolate factories are buying cocoa from this place. Awesome.
