Parlor, Trinidad and Tobago

The Diego Martin region encompasses Trinidad's extensive northwest suburban corridor, stretching from Port of Spain's western edge through Diego Martin valley to the Chaguaramas peninsula. The region combines dense residential communities with commercial centres, waterfront recreation areas, and access to beaches and hiking trails. Diego Martin serves as one of Trinidad's most populated areas, offering comprehensive services, diverse dining, retail shopping, and professional facilities throughout multiple sub-communities. The region benefits from well-developed infrastructure connecting to Port of Spain while maintaining distinct neighbourhood identities. Chaguaramas adds maritime services, outdoor recreation, and tourism appeal to the region's primarily residential and commercial character. Diego Martin continues to evolve with new retail investments, residential developments, and infrastructure improvements that strengthen its position as a major component of Trinidad's urban northwest corridor.
