The food at Buzo is to die for. Very Very tasty. No complaints. Little on the pricey side.

I’ve dined at BUZO on more than one occasion with my family and the food is always great, whether it’s simply pizza, pasta, seafood or meat entrees. We met the chef – Cristian during our last dinner. He’s just like his food – interesting and great! I highly recommend smoked lobster with tagliolini pasta & tomato sauce.

My friend wanted to dine at some place with vegan options and we heard BUZO Osteria was great. And indeed, they consider everyone’s needs: they offer vegetarian/vegan options, halaal food for Muslims, gluten-free food. Amazing service!

I took my Italian-American friend here and it was my first time too, so I didn’t know what to expect, although I knew that people liked it. The great Italian cuisine and the polite staff made a good duo. We both liked eating here.

I was taken to Buzo by my Trinidadian business colleagues, being an Italian they probably thought to show me some respect this way.
I liked the place, real Italian food, great wine, but my meal was somewhat under-cooked. We ended up staying for drinks until the closing time. Very relaxing place. Desert was a little messy, I’m accustomed to nicely served food, but it is not a complaint, only a notice.

Took my wife here to our anniversary dinner. Being an Italian in origin, she enjoyed her pasta very much. We ended up having a lot of good quality wine. Buzo restaurant is one of those places that replace bars when you get older, like you don’t want to leave, just want to sit and hand out with your loved ones. Amazing service, tasty food and I recommend it to anyone. The waiting is minimal.

Location

Port of Spain, officially the City of Port of Spain (also stylized Port-of-Spain), is the capital city of Trinidad and Tobago and the country's second-largest city after San Fernando and the third largest municipality after Chaguanas and San Fernando. The city has a municipal population of 37,074 (2011 census), an urban population of over 80,000 and visitors/workers of over 250,000.

The city serves primarily as a retail and administrative centre and it has been the capital of the island since 1757. It is also an important financial services centre for the Caribbean and is home of many banks.

The Port of Spain was founded near the site of the Amerindian fishing village of Cumucurapo ("place of the silk cotton trees"), located in the area today known as Mucurapo, west of the city centre. In 1560, a Spanish garrison was posted near the foot of the Laventille Hills, which today form the city's eastern boundary.

The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is the southernmost island in the Caribbean archipelago. Located just off the north-eastern coast of the South America mainland, the twin island Republic is home to international greats such as Miss Universe 1998, Wendy Fitzwilliam; Cricket Legend, Brian Charles Lara; and Carnival, the Greatest Show on Earth. The larger of the two islands, Trinidad, has a boot-like shape, measures 37 miles (80km) by 50 miles (60 km), and is noted for having an ecological and geographical diversity that is unmatched in the region.

The capital city, Port of Spain, is the business centre of the Caribbean, housing the headquarters for a number of local businesses, a myriad of restaurants and nightlife entertainment like no other. The sister isle of Tobago is a stark contrast to Trinidad. Considerably smaller in size, Tobago is well-known for its coral reefs, pristine blue waters and white sandy beaches, the smaller island is perfect for leisure activities and an immersive experience with nature. An abundance of natural reserves in oil and natural gas has made significant contributions to the strength of the Trinidad & Tobago economy—making it one of the strongest economies in the region.
