This morning I got the worst service possible from the O’Meara gas station. At 6:40 am I entered the gas station and proceeded to the counter inside to do a transaction using the fleet card service. There were 3 women on duty in the cashier’s cage. As is customary, I proceeded to the side of the counter written “Lotto, Play Whe and Fleet Card Only). Upon entry there were 3 customers on the other side of the counter and 1 young woman with her hair in a “rasta braids up-do at the cashier’s till while the other 2 older women were facing away from the cashier seeming to be doing something else. I approached the counter very politely as I have been properly raised and have manners with a “Good morning” speaking into the audio boost device. No one answered and no one looked in my direction. I was then subjected to standing there for over 10 minutes while the young cashier attended to everyone on the other side even persons who came in after me. I again said “Good morning” to which no one responded again while I continued to slide my fleet card with the gas request information on a chit of paper through the cash pocket window below the audio boost speaker. At this stage I exited the gas station furious. Upon exit the kind pump attendant approached me with “Good morning mam, how much gas are you taking.” I then took the opportunity to vent my frustration about the poor service and what I had just experienced to which he replied “So you are not taking any gas”. I replied, “No, I left because I was being ignored and no one was answering me. People feel they could just watch certain people and do what they want. That is nonsense.” I left the gas station furious without any fuel.
