TO: THE MANAGER
S SUPERSAD SERVICE STATION (UNIPET)
POINTE A PIERRE ROAD.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been a regular and loyal customer of your UNIPET GAS STATION at POINTE-A-PIERRE ROAD for the past 4 years. I do not visit any other gas station. It has always been a pleasure coming here as most of your attendants are pleasant, helpful and courteous. However, today, 9th September, 2022 @ between 10am and 11 am, I visited your gas station and was kept waiting by the second pump close to the cashier for about minutes while your staff by the name of Amelia was carrying on a very loud and lengthy conversation with a customer that she had just finished serving. She was laughing and her behaviour was unprofessional and unbecoming of any person employed in the services sector.
Another one of your attendants ( a short browned skinned middle aged lady with jerry curled hair) saw my plight, and attended to me the moment she was finished attending to her customer in the pump in front of me. Then, to make matters worse Amelia saw that I said something to her colleague. (I thanked her and pointed the cash to her to pay for the gas.) Amelia then came over to my vehicle in the most aggressive and threatening manner as if she wanted to fight and asked very loudly for everyone else to hear, ” If I have a problem with her!”
While I am appreciative of all the other pump attendants, the brown skinned lady, the short dark skinned man and all the others who have come and gone over the years, who have seen my son grow up from a baby, I will not be returning to your gas station in the future because of the unprofessionalism, aggressiveness and poor service of one pump attendant who goes by the name Amelia. Thank you for your time.
I went to this gas station today (Unipet Gas Station – Vistabella) at around 5pm and i swipe for $150 dollars in diesel, the male cashier only deposit $100 dollars in the diesel ⛽ pump. I had to go and get my $50 dollars, which he give me without asking for receipt or anything. Now there are a lot of people just sitting in the vehicle and do not look at how much is actually being pump into their tank and then drive off. Please people pay attention i can only imagine how much people this man did this to and pocket the money he didn’t deposited into the pump.
