The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is the southernmost island in the Caribbean archipelago. The sister isle of Tobago is a stark contrast to Trinidad. Considerably smaller in size, Tobago is well-known for its coral reefs, pristine blue waters and white sandy beaches,the smaller island is perfect for leisure activities and an immersive experience with nature. An abundance of natural reserves in oil and natural gas has made significant contributions to the strength of the Trinidad & Tobago economy—making it one of the strongest economies in the region.

This was our very first time staying at Fish and we were impressed. The rooms were nice and clean and we were even able to get a room upgrade. Located about a 10 minutes walk from Buccoo Bay and around 15 minutes from Mt. Irvine Bay, it was really nice to be able to enjoy these beautiful beaches. There’s a medium sized grocery right around the corner about 5 minutes away, where you should be able to get the everyday stuff and there are also a few smaller shops very nearby. A larger grocery is only a 10 minute drive/taxi ride away. We were also able to purchase delicious street food in the evening time from the nearby vendors. The owner Brandon seemed to be always around to greet and help with our needs and there was also a very nice cleaning lady that made sure our room was clean and that we had fresh towels. The only sort of con I can think of was because we were in an upstairs room, the WiFi was a bit weak at times but this can be easily solved by speaking with Brandon as he has a repeater that boosts the signal and makes it super fast again.
I would recommend anyone to stay at Fish!
